Are you sure that only Visa works with withdrawal ?

Edit : You gotta have Vista , and gotta use Visa. It just doesn't work with Mastercard

Its funny because it says that you can use to withdraw money with visa and master but only works with Visa

actually they are the same rates regardless which bank.

Cirrus is an international payment gateway for MasterCard while PLUS is for VISA. The last I check both of the payment gateway charges RM 10.00 or 1.5% of the total amount withdrawal - whichever is higher.

I'm not sure if other banks might have deals with Cirrus or PLUS...in which they could charge lower. Need to some research bro!

I have done and asked many banks. Most of them have additional of administration fee ranging from 1-2% on top of the exchanger rate determined by Master/Visa.

Withdrawal fee is ranging from RM8-RM12 per transaction.

The cheapest I found is Alliance that the withdrawal fee is RM8 per transaction through Cirrus network.

Some banks are worst that the withdrawal fee is like what you mentioned, RM10 or 2% which ever is higher. Besides, there is additional fee of foreign exchange rate.

I've heard that its possible as long you have a Visa card in PayPal

There are some cases whereby its possible withdraw money to mastercard , provided if you have Visa

TuneCard would be fine

CIMB ATM can be used in overseas and the withdrawal fee is RM10 per transaction.

You can see the network logos that supported behind your ATM card.

BUt you have to activate the overseas usage either by ATM or CIMB Clicks and mention the date of activation.
