Nice!! Seems like the PB ING Debit MasterCard Paypass is a better option right now. Since it got the paypass feature.

I think shouldnt worry about some place accepting Visa only and no mastercard that type of stuff right??

Just give it a shot but if they ask you for that manual authorization then personally I would not do it. Not because of security but more towards the hassle of doing it. You could ask someone else with a CC to get the item for you then.

Although I no yet get the PIN number but I had verified my PayPal account  successfully by using PB ING Debit MasterCard Paypass Card today.

im scare of using debit card.. jz like anyone can jz simply sign ur name and run off wit ur money.. if its lost.. duh duh duh

Public Bank didn't have "retail" limit for the their debit card.
You have RM1000 but you want to limit to RM500 to control the money, public bank cannot do that.
So please not to put a large amount of money in your Public Bank debit card account.

I have gone through the threads, so most of the ppl recommends PB Debit Visa Electron.

So Anyone have apply the debit card through their website?

By the way, other debit cards such as AM Bank NextG, EON Bank Embossed Mastercard, MOL, Tune Visa all DO NOT send out monthly statement. You will have to request for one and they will charge you ! But at Public Bank they will send you a statement every month, absolutely FREE OF CHARGE ! You may also register for Public Bank online banking so that you can view your Visa Electron card details such as balance available and recent transactions made. You also do not need a savings account at Public Bank to open a Visa Electron account. They also do not charge you for everytime you deposit money into your Visa Electron account (blood sucker Tune Visa do) via any Public Bank ATMs or Cash Deposit Machines.

Oh really, glad to hear that,So just apply it online. Lazy to go to the bank. How do Public Bank charge the annual fee. Is it by deducting the annual fee from your card balance?
