Astro has the world class customer service that doesn't give a **** about customers problems. What they care is as long you pay your bills on time. Edit : contacted Astro via Facebook and they blue ticked me Like this must spend time and money just to contact their support ?? Try email them to wecare@astro.com.my along with your Astro account number for further assistance. |

So I’ve contacted them via twitter and they replied asking for personal details so that they can contact me, I’m not free for phone call and would rather chat/ email instead.... Will they do the same for email ?Try email them to wecare@astro.com.my along with your Astro account number for further assistance. This post has been edited by yongtjunkit: Aug 6 2019, 03:58 PM |

AstroGo app not working on WebOS devices anymore. All good things must come to an end....was a good way to get the benefits of a 2nd decoder with a built in app. I wonder if they will come up with a subscription based app similar to all Smart TV OS as it shd be cheaper at least for them since no additional support for additional hardware.
On another note, any news on the new 4k based SetTop box release? |
