The 3 sty ones are on smaller land size. If Im not mistaken they told me its like 20x60 kinda size

land size is 20X70, the built up should be 2000 and above as it is a 2.5 storey

i would rather opt for 2 storey with larger build up better...

so now new benchmark in setia alam.... 20x70 houses are in the rm800k range, means that will push existing setia indah 20x70 homes asking price higher....

Hello, the next launch should be 20x65 2.5 storey. I can not remember the built up. Should be more than 2500sf. Price RM 788k n above. Another is cluster semi d. Price 1mil n above. Both site in behind setia city mall. According to SA, still got DIBS except new policy from bank negara.

I dun think the 2.5storey will push up the sub sale market very much.
Right now the transaction in setia Indah ard 700k to 720k.
Ppl got choice to buy sub sale or new launch.

I think those new Melastoma houses are going for about >750k already right? And they've not even really gotten the keys yet, just the few who wants to quickly offload it.
The agent I used told me they have sold a few around that range for Indah 13.

Has the DIBS been stopped? The news just said that bank negara wants to curb DIBS, no news yet on when.. any idea?

I was told it would be tentatively 20x65 for the 2 1/2 storey, not 3 storey link.

Don't surprise if the price is higher than RM 800k.

i posted below in feb 2013. tried to get update yesterday but sales gallery closed for renov. been closed for 3-4 months, no sign of re-opening. says something about the new team as old team have left to join ecoworld, i guess. tongue.gif

I have Mimosa 20/70 unit in Setia Alam. Its Guarded property - One way In, One Way Out. Not gated tho.

Unit facing the opposite unit, not the highway.

Expected to get the keys on September 2013 and I would like to sell it off.

I m looking at selling it at RM 830k neg.

SP Setia northern park soft launch end of the year..20X65 2.5 storeys built up 2500 sf as the house will be fully extended. both rooms facing main road have private balconies smile.gif

maybe cny 2014 they offer good discount, freebies...?
