I do not know the original price for banyan and tamalan. Anyone care to share?

I checked several property sites, and only recall iproperty and propertyguru:

range from 880k to 990k.

But when using the search, there those without the word "banyan/tamalan", only setia damai going for 850k for 24x75, are these banyan/tamalan?

fyi, tamalan with open foyer glass railing. Banyan normal design. both superlink @ 24x80, approximately 2700k sqft. alot of cash rich investor in damai 15 & 16. you need to do more homework bro... join SARA. this is full g+g concept.

i wud think 880k-920k is about right. as time passes, they edge up slowly in price - primarily becos it is a gng w/dmc area - these are rare, anywhere.

Hondaracer, which types are you looking at around damai area? For investment? Am thinking of getting another unit there for investment, either a landed (damai/indah) or the going to launch new apartments north of setiamall (can't reember the name). Last month I was at their gallery and they said the apartments launching in Sept for about 280k thereabout...

Saw few 20X70 units sell at >740K++ in iproperty.

Honestly, those 20x70s price were already increased a lot in recent 2 years but it seems that asking price of 740-760++k not easy to sell off, or just a mere asking price but we don't know the demand offer price yet.

Really sweat to see the price.

But I think Regia 2 and 3 is different compare to Melastoma ( both posted by you above ) and Melastoma is a lot nicer in terms of workmanship and materials used or quality in my opinion.
