Hi..
I m newbie for SA projects..
I just booked a unit in Mimosa 1..I liked the layout ..and the location ALTHOUGH for now this part of the Shah Alam lacks public transport facilities..
I m going to apply for loan but some sales agent told me that 5/95 is rarely approved and usually its 90% ..
anyone has any suggestions about this ..

hey..
I own a mimosa in Setia alam..

Would like to sell it..I should be getting the keys by q3 of the year..i know its 3-4 months till I get the keys..but if anyone willing to consider this option, do let me know.

Genuine seller, and looking to sell it off before the competition kicks in.

Its not corner unit, intermediate 20 x 70 ft. b/u 2180 sqft.

All,

I have Mimosa 20/70 unit in Setia Alam. Its Guarded property - One way In, One Way Out. Not gated tho.

Unit facing the opposite unit, not the highway.

Expected to get the keys on September 2013 and I would like to sell it off.

I m looking at selling it at RM 830k neg.

I went and visited Setia Alam..
Place looks wonderful, quiet and peaceful for a family life.

Hopefully Mimosa end quality is good..

Guys,

Sooner than I expected.

I got my VP letter for Mimosa unit. Which means I'll be able to take keys to the house once bank settles the final amount.

Any serious buyers, interested on Mimosa 20x70 unit, no middle man, we can nego the price. The sooner I dispose it, the cheaper the price may be for some buyers before any speculated price becomes the market price.

For a quick return.. Setia Alam could be the wrong spot .

Try looking along the mrt lrt proposed lanes..

Bro....trust me..I got 3 mimosa in setia alam and everyday I get messags from sales agent they got the entire malaysia looking for mimosa and ready buyers...wouldn't be surprised if they say the PM is the ready buyer

now just cus petrol increase..everything is increasing..do u think bank considers that factor in...tak de la bro..

its basically supply n demand at the end..

Is it good idea to setup a message box for buyers to state their unit number and square feet and expected price..and let the list grow. .will be easier for buyers to see ..? Anybody agree?
