Where the Setia taipan and seria actually located at?i can't find it in the official master plan..btw,Setia avenue seems like having many shops unoccupied

Those Jalan Setia Germilang in blue color are Setia Taipan (1) 2) Those blue color at Jalan Setia Utama are to be launch Setia Taipan 2. 3) Seria88 is located immediate fronting of Setia Taipan 1 & Setia Taipan 2 at "Development by Others" (PKNS). |

Not that I really like alcohol/entertainment outlets, it is just happen that these are the catalyze to many commercial shops initial success. |

I went and visited Setia Alam..
Place looks wonderful, quiet and peaceful for a family life. Hopefully Mimosa end quality is good.. |

I'm currently trying to sell my house at Impian 3 Setia Alam (Alisma Type). Land size is 20X65 and built up around 1600 sqf.Partly furnished includes fully tiles,curtain, water filter,air-cond, kitchen cabinet with cement stove top, built in wardrobe, plaster ceiling,lightings, ceiling fan,grill,water heater, awning and renovated car porch.
