imho, should be doable ... looking at the progress of setia city

so far, these within setia city are confirmed (within 1-2km from trefoil) :
- SCM
- top glove
- setia HQ
- 1NationalHealthInstitute
- Segi
- convention centre
- semi-d offices from sunsuria
- automobile city (honda, toyota, ford, bmw etc 3S centres)

except for SCM, all are completing in the next 3-5 yrs.

under planning (not confirmed yet):

- medical centre
- more offices blocks
- service aparments

Regarding the public transport here, did any of you tried before ?

Honestly after 2 years of commuting to work in KL, I'm looking at the alternative now. Too tired to go thru all the hassle already, getting older i guess.

I believe invest in Landed terrace house in this area is best in return and safest..but regret to know from their sales office no more landed here...
except the high end semi D and abv will be build at back of mall side later...
They even advice me to look for those just handover new unit..price still quite fair there as market not aware no more new unit on landed belw RM 1mil will be launched in future...IN SIDER NEWS !!

go and ask them again, and pls get the latest map - at least 5 more yrs to build - 20x70, 18x65, 22x70, clusters, villas, all kinds. this is public info at least 6 months old.

sounds like you have many to sell subsale now?

gotta call up the bank tomorrow and check the valuation of the newly complete 20x70 Regia 1-3 and Garcinia... it's like banner land there now doh.gif

The only lands that are still undeveloped are behind setia city mall, slightly further away from pkns area. But i can see lots of lorries going back and forth.

If not mistaken, one of the upcoming pipeline is DSTH and pricing above RM 700k+ ( yet to determine ). Heard that if they launch, the earliest would be Dec 2012 ....

The losses are not only in term of money, but the trauma leaving behind to all of us. Initially we were thinking it was a bliss to enjoy and relax in the big house but now it just became a pressure returing back to our home at Setia Alam.

Not demanding too much, but what Setia Alam can do to ensure and enforce the SAFETY of the residents?

What we can ask for... Dear friends in every corner of this country, please be extra alert!

Went to the Setiq City mall yesterday, quick crowded, but the terrace house in front the mall, like ghost town....no VP yet?

VP already. pkns came out with build and sell. therefore many completed at one time. soon a lot will come in. For now not so many. sometimes build and sell also not good. Sell then build also has its weaknesses

Merely not confirm yet boss. They have plenty of launches. After Dutavilla and Trefoil new phases, then 3-4 storey shop office next to Seri Jati&Baiduri.

all subsales. now. catarina single storey from rm400k. others are double storeys from rm520k.
For Ayu Prima is from RM550k and the last phase Ayu Impian probably from rm620k (not sure on price because just launched and sold out in 4 hours).
