wow.. i just found out cornerlot 3 storey superlink worth 2.1 million, i bought it about 900k... so much increase..

Now Setia Alam Quota changed, previously.. Bumi 70%-NonBumi 30%.. Now, Bumi 30%-NonBumi70%...

Apparently, theres going to be many such projects. the govt will waive cost of the land and price of the property will be just construction cost plus a profit margin.  Thats going to be a HUGE impact to the property market. 

Any thoughts?

Prima rate building cost around 250psqft to 290psqft... Slightly 5% cheaper to normal, location wise.. Further away but connecting within LRT or MRT route... Kawan, no such cheap in reality.. 400k for small 20x65.. Better workhard to get better house or be businessman.. Malaysia very good in economy, lot of oppurtunity... Just to look around
