i just got LO from Alliance bank only give BLR-2.2, i think most of the banks will give the highest BLR-2.2. due to these property is below 200K only

I still believe Seri jati is still the best for rental due to the price, baiduri ,intan and kasturi suit for low middle income people for own stay, don't spoil that

Setia alam is freehold land...

Their soft launch for setia taipan this weekend, need to folk up rm50k

Don't worry le, during my time for jati/baiduri, all bumi manage secure 1 unit...just prepare ur self with loan, make sure ur ccris is clear

I edi pay for 2nd progress payment last Saturday, my case I did not took any housing loan.. so any letter will be send directly to me

hi.........any seri jati, baiduri, intan & kasturi buyer here ??? i need to check the prospect for this apartment....... seri jati will be my 1st investment property but i don't know either to flip or play rental..... t

my initial cost actually because i'm scared that i will not entitled to buy any property in future due to the price and this project just come out and the price of this property also very affordable for me as 1st time buyer and location wise at setia alam... that the story when i just 25 last year.... so i used my bonus after working for 2 years as down-payment. ... but this year my father gave a low-cost apartment at bukit jalil for me as present and currently i stay and rent-out another 2 rooms for rm480 total...i feels very comfortable in here due near to my work place and not plan to move out at setia alam after the seri jati completed......so cross my mind to flip the seri jati after it is completed but scare with the rpgt tax......sorry for my english if can't understand

more to panic buying ...and got some spare bonus money ...don't know to invest
