Anyone got sms from SP Setia regarding the verification of personnel details for SPA by end of 17/07 maybe SPA session for Jati/Baiduri is just around a corner

i just got LO from Alliance bank only give BLR-2.2, i think most of the banks will give the highest BLR-2.2. due to these property is below 200K only vmad.gif

I still believe Seri jati is still the best for rental due to the price, baiduri ,intan and kasturi suit for low middle income people for own stay, don't spoil that

my initial cost actually because i'm scared cry.gif that i will not entitled to buy any property in future due to the price and this project just come out and the price of this property also very affordable for me as 1st time buyer and location wise at setia alam... that the story when i just 25 last year.... so i used my bonus after working for 2 years as down-payment. ... but this year my father gave a low-cost apartment at bukit jalil for me as present rclxm9.gif and currently i stay and rent-out another 2 rooms for rm480 total...i feels very comfortable in here due near to my work place and not plan to move out at setia alam after the seri jati completed......so cross my mind to flip the seri jati after it is completed but scare with the rpgt tax......sorry for my english smile.gif if can't understand
