i agree with you. SA has a lot more to offer than AI, regardless which angle u look at it , live learn work play ...
IMO, it is not comparable, SA vs AI. SP Setia is excellent in developing township, and they have >4000 acres to develop vs 1200 acres for I&P to develop only for AI ... so it is difficult for AI to emulate the success of SA .. in fact, for any developer, it is difficult to develop a good and sustainable township unless they have >2000 acres of land ....

1. Desa Parkcity (473 acres nia)? izit
2. Mutiara Damansra (360 acres nia nia?) izit
IMO, 250 acres is quite enuf for a decent township planning. Creativity of the developer is crucial.
Entire Mid Valley land is only 50 acres, see how successful that IGB convert a charcoal into a diamond.
SP Setia is a master of township development, no one can deny..
I&P is far behind...
House quality (workmanship & building material), I&P recent launching (since 2008) has the clear edge. (link hse comparison).
my 2 bakuli....(just wake up fr zzzz)
