They will find all kind of reason to reject you for the program, unless they unable to detect that it has been opened before by 3rd party

Did apple specify what actually covers in the 3 months warranty ??? Like if it drops to how many percents did apple will warrant a change FOC ??

Btw, can I check my repair record in my Apple ID ?? Or there’s no way to check it except with the receipt of payment only ?

I asked machine for appointment and they redirect me to apple site, which I made an appointment there at klcc.

I also asked through the site their customer service told me even at 94% my iPhone 8 Plus is eligible for the replacement, and if warranty is still available then it would be totally free of charge, can anyone confirm?

My iPhone X is @ 93% now. Wondering the same question whether its eligible or not.

Anyway, what is the price after the promotion ended?

yes, foc during the warranty period if your battery deemed to have failed (<80%).

Well that's not what the live chat staff told me, I told him expressly 93% and he assures me it's eligible... Not sure if he meant only for apple store and not aasp

Tell the AASP that you’ve had a chat with Apple and they said you are eligible, and would report them if they refused. See if that works, haha smile.gif

yup that what they told me when i asked but my unit is replacement unit so they warrant the whole phone for 3 months..it stated in the receipt: 3 month warranty

as i read in tech paper somewhere in the internet..they only consider defective battery if drop below 70% but..1 month 3% and if a linear chart plotted 70% will come less then a year and of course no more warranty at that time...ironically my replaced phone still hold 73% after 3 years of heavy usage but maybe..or hopefully the drop will slow in time

Just sent my iPhone 7 to change the battery @ ITWorld, PJ. They said only 1 battery for iPhone 7 in stock, Thank God! 3 hours then can pick it up, hope everything okay..

They said after promotion end the price will be RM400+. Damn expensive.
