Anyone change the battery by apple without removing the screen protector? Mind to share? My screen protector still new but planing to change the battery as my iPhone7 1year 8months with 88% health. Plan to change it while still under promo.

The funny thing is I went to Machine KLCC to change battery but after they have removed my tempered glass then they only told me need to wait for seven days cuz no stock for ip6s and they don’t even put on my screen protector back lol

Strange, why would they remove your screen protector and then only inform you they don't have the stock for the battery? They should have informed you immediately when you sent your phone in hmm.gif

Mine was not removed when I replaced the battery at Northpoint too. However it came back with a crack.

I suggest you request the SP not to be removed. Unless you wish your data be privy only to yourself do a backup first and reset phone before sending in. It is a simple task to restore all your stuff through itunes
Anyway the expiry date of offer is end Dec

Mine was removed during the send in. It is iPhone 8 though. Not sure if different model got different practice

Thought I was gonna replace either my 8 Plus or X battery but sold off both at 98% and 99% battery health respectively.

22 days to go before the program ends.
