There is no change.

It remains the same.

They just change the wording to make things clearer.

Apparently many don’t understand the previous wordings thinking that platinums carz etc still entitled to entry and their guests are being offered discounts.

And for priority holders, they are entitled to unlimited entries.

Somehow many over think and made it way more complicated to understand.

Basically priority holders who use VI/WMC are given unlimited access. No other tnc. Clear cut.

Non priority VI/WMC are required to make spending to be entitled.

I think it is not discountinue product. Their bank just revised lounge access terms and condition, this Business platinum card is the only platinum card in the list that can enter lounge.

Spent Rm1000+ on shopee last month and all i got is Rm 0.90 cash rebate ranting.gif Called customer service and they said that is recurring transaction but in my statement, it shows all of the transactions to be paid via iPay88 doh.gif

Complaint to their complain department, but to me, their service is also as bad as their customer service department. Overall, i would really rate Ambank customer service 4/10, a failure to me! doh.gif

I got made a 1st to complain department, but their customer service is really "limited".. It's seems like "limited berhad" bank.. cool2.gif
Communicate by Live Chat, they say unable to check credit card account.
Then communicate by Email, then push to relevant department.. After that, no reply and no feedback.

Lastly communicate by call center, then push to need escalate to relevant department... After wait several days, say will CB on next month.. Then on next month, still see the small amount CB..

I have done for follow up of this and seems like AM not focus of True card, more targeting for Bonuslink CC...
I guess I surrender CC soon within this year..

Thanks for the "limited service" but "NO thanks don't offer me again". notworthy.gif

how they calculated till get RM0.90? i don't recall any other cashback for True Card except 3% for online purchase. seem like their system calculation error, else, if shopee don classified as Online Purhcase, then, it should be NIL cashback sweat.gif

Not sure how they calculate.
Either their system is refurbished set / recond set or mayb bank save cost use human calculations, then causing calculations error.

I m normally go for shopee and grabcar. Currently using this card for BP top up. End up their CB is..... Seems like their "commission" eat a lot yeeaahh..

No, that is because CC in email is not the proper way of filling a formal complaint to BNM.
You must use the form in BNM website and fill in the details for formal complaint, once filled it will assign to a BNM officer and they will work with the bank in question for resolution..
There is a note somewhere in BNM website saying that they will not entertain any email/letter that put them as CC or without the complaint form.

I Have no idea. I am totally speechless when they told me it was shopee purchase which did not count as online purchase unless it is paid via ipay88. I told them i pay everything on Shopee official website and nothing is deemed as physical purchase ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif

If I'm not wrong, their form is PDF file need to print out and use handwriting to write.. And then attached back to BNM.. Am I right? (Correct me if I'm wrong)..

I just wondering why BNM don't do the system method like mcmc.. example aduan.skmm.gov.my..

after searching the answer on the CB calculation for True Visa, there is still no exactly answer whether it is calculate by statement date or calendar cycle right?
i just got my True Visa and my previous VI statement date is 28 of each month, so basically i will get CB every month if i just top up BP on 1st week of each month right? or the statement for VI and True will be different? Anyone can advise?

Dear all, this is the reply email i sent to Ambank customer care.


Dear Nadia & Dear Rose,

I do not know why you will still require me to share the calculations as your colleague and also Ms Rose from One Stop Resolution have already calculated that for me.
Nevertheless, i will share it once again for your perusal. I hope there are communications amongst Ambank staff next time so the same info from client will not have to be repeated again and again.

I have only received RM 6.59 on 19th June 2018 (May 2018 online cash rebate) for all of my online spending from 1st May 2018 to 31st May 2018. However, upon my re-calculation, i should have gotten RM 15.08 as oppose to RM 6.59 that had been credited to me. The calculations as followings:

17th May 2018 = RM 98.00 from Shopee
19th May 2018 = RM 9.50 from Lazada
19th May 2018 = RM 9.50 from Lazada (1st transaction)
20th May 2018 = RM 9.50 from Lazada (2nd transaction)
21st May 2018 = RM 93.00 from Shopee
29th May 2018 = RM 98.00 from Shopee
30th May 2018 = RM 185.02 from Goshop Online

Total online spent = RM 502.52 (Suppose to get RM 15.07 cash rebate)

However, Ms Rose told me GoShop Online is not counted as online shopping despite i have made the purchase online at www.goshop.com.my ?! Well fine, even if you ignore that RM 185.02 from Goshop, the total spending is RM 317.50, which means 3% of it should be RM 9.53.

But i am only given RM 6.59 for it. Please advise? I am tired of explaining the same thing again and again to all of your different agents that "help" me in my case. I have also credit card from other banks but NONE of them give me issue like this. I am really fed up with it.

Could you please give me a definite answer on how your cash rebate (3% online purchase) is calculated and what are the hidden T&C ?? (Just like Goshop is not classified as online purchase?!?! , Shopee paid via iPay88 is also not classified as online purchase?? Are you kidding me??!

Thanks and i hope to hear from you real soon as this has been dragged for quite some time.

They confirmed to me it is calculated based on calendar date (1st day until last day of the month, regardless of ur statement cycle). and based on TRANSACTION DATE, not posting date.
