http://www.truebyambank.com/Documents/TRUE...editCardTnC.pdf2. Monthly Cash Rebate for Online Transactions 2.1 Subject to Clause 2.2, the Cardmember is entitled to Monthly Cash Rebate (“the Cash Rebate”) for online transactions based on the following terms:
(a) The Cash Rebate awarded is of 3% calculated on total amount charged for the purchases or payments made online over a period of 1-month (calendar), subjected to a maximum of RM30.
(b) The Cash Rebate will be credited into the Card Account at the end of the following month.
© If the Card is terminated before the end of the 1-month period, the Cardmember shall not receive any Cash Rebate be it in part or in full.
(d) If the Card’s outstanding balance exceeds the 30-day period, the Cash Rebate shall not be awarded until the outstanding balance is settled and the Card Account is regularized. (Effective 1 November 2015)TRUE VISA CREDIT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(e) All qualifying transactions must be posted to the Eligible Cardmember’s Card account to be eligible for the Cash Back. The Bank will allow ten (10) calendar days for the qualifying transactions made to be posted into the Eligible Cardmember’s Card account. The Bank is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any late posting to Eligible Cardmember’s account by merchants and/or third party.
2.2 The Cash Rebate shall not be applicable to the following types of online transactions:
(a) Bill Payment transactions via Mobile Phone
(b) Utilities Payment transactions
© Insurance Payment transactions
(d) Direct Marketing transactions
(e) Transactions with below MCC Code:
2.3 The assignment of Merchant Category Code or MCC for each merchant is subject to classification by the respective acquiring banks and it is the responsibility of the particular acquiring bank to assign the correct Merchant Category Code to the relevant transaction. AmBank shall not be held responsible for any incorrect assignment of the Merchant Category Code that may result in non-posting of the Cash Rebate for retail transactions at the eligible merchants. The Cardholder shall not be entitled to claim for any compensation against AmBank for such non-posting of the Cash Rebate due to incorrect assignment of the Merchant Category Code by the respective merchant’s acquiring bank.
2.4 All qualifying transactions must be posted to the Eligible Cardmember’s Card account to be eligible for the Cash Rebate. The Bank is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any late posting to Eligible Cardmember’s account by merchants and/or third party. Any late posting will result in the Cash Rebate being credited in the next billing cycle.
