When is your statement date every month? Not sure about True but for Carz cb is given follow statement date not during fixed date. Cwrz cb will appear on amonline.

Hi, anyone here using Ambank True Visa Card? So far I've only used the card for online transactions (foodpanda, Grab, Uber) which are supposed to be entitled to 3% cash rebate. I was informed by CS that cash rebate will be credited on 21st of every month. Today is 23rd of the month I just checked at AmOnline, there was no cash rebate reflected in the account so I called CS and was informed that cash rebate will only be shown in the next statement and the cash rebate won't be reflected on AmOnline. Is that true?

Or may be your site not entitled cash back? What online site did you made those transactions ?

The cash rebate will be reflected on AmOnline on 19th to 20th of the following month. Sometimes, there could be a few days delay.

I got made a 1st to complain department, but their customer service is really "limited".. It's seems like "limited berhad" bank..
Communicate by Live Chat, they say unable to check credit card account.
Then communicate by Email, then push to relevant department.. After that, no reply and no feedback.

Lastly communicate by call center, then push to need escalate to relevant department... After wait several days, say will CB on next month.. Then on next month, still see the small amount CB..

I have done for follow up of this and seems like AM not focus of True card, more targeting for Bonuslink CC...
I guess I surrender CC soon within this year..

Top up bigpay on 10 October and 4 November on True Visa, so far no cash back as well. Statement date on 3th. Anyone managed to get the cash back?
