manual count lor, total cancellation will shown in the apps.

Bro, total shown on apps is only for Dax. Driver canx.

Pax hidden and require.manual as u mentioned.

Pax cacellation only counted when passenger cancel and remark that driver ask to cancel. So it is very hard to track.

All pax u just record down regardless what reason given by them.

If yout know count dax, sure u know count pax. Same formula apply.

Being suspended. Don't know when can free to go attend their training and don't know if incentive can get back since not able to connection to the system

it's not that hard... just count from the history in your app... unless you do like 200 jobs a week it's not that onerous to count the total number of red cancellations.... then use DAX%which is shown in app to figure out the number of driver cancellations and subtract it from total cancellations. you do the same thing for AR... useful to figure out how many jobs you need to get back to 85% or 88%. form 2 level math.

can i ask all the master here, do i need to keep the Star Rating and CR under flexi programme?

because this os only what i found "Your only requirement is that you maintain a minimum of 30% Acceptance Rate to stay on the platform as well as to receive Grab Flexi"

what is the punishment if fall below 4.7 rating and above 10% CR?

im newbie here and driving grab for past 1 week - part time.
and staying in Mantin.

i picked one customer from KTJ (kolej tunku jaffar) to klia2 and the fare was only rm 54 + RM10 promo ended being paid rm 44 and balance rm10 into wallet.

is this norm ? not supposed to be rm65 ?

asked CS and replied that due to pickup customer outside of klang valley.

please help

Ktj is in NS right? So i suppose cs is correct, rm65 (excluding toll btw) meant for klang valley.

Outside KV the 65 no count. Mantin to KLIA distance is around 50-55 km. So your rate 54 gam gam ho.

I think u r missing the point. The pax is not shown on app. U have to also factor in ghost bookings by grab.

Meaning, they can dictate on the pax as they wish.

Maybe if u drive in the city more u wud understand the frustration on this pax bs.

I think 10% cr is universal across the board.

Not too sure about rating though, maybe if too low eg. Less than 4.3 then get banned.

Perhaps others can share.

I drive in the city center during evening peak hours so I know all about the PAX issue. as others said, best way right now is to off available button after pickup and on again after dropoff.

mean flexi need to keep Rating and CR too?
