99% is this rider because i only drove 6 trips on tue and 4 trips yesterday.

Ytd system down from 6pm to 6.40pm, 7pm i online in KL high fare everywhere, basically 100% surge when u pick them up, all face black black and waiting Uber i guess

As usual Grab system is crap, b2b function screw up 1 week still unable to fix, the last time system down is on May and it happened again, i remember some bro here trying to chase AR and system down out of sudden.

I don't think I eyed on how many people are booking the GS...did it show on the 10 second screen? I'm pretty sure they only booked for 1 person but 3 person show up as they usually do. But for whatever reason you cancel, it draws upon your cancellation rate. Grab doesn't care as it will be beneficial to them since they have a higher possibility of not needing to pay incentives...Like the no show GS case I have above.

Fare 10 + Toll 5 = RM15 - 20% = RM12

or

Fare 10 + Toll 5 = RM15 - 20%(rm2) = RM13

Toll should not be calculated since it was paid to toll full amount and we did not earn a cent from that and still pay extra commission to them?

If Customer want to change road , what should we do?

u turn back - A to half to A to B
