Stupid trash grab trip fare rm15 but rider ask uturn back to pickup point shortly few mins after pickup...so they paid me rm10 instead of rm15...i reported to cs and operator said its my fault for overcharging them, should only charge based on the distance from pickup to uturn to pickup again

Now grab want to potong extra from my credit wallet

JB seems ok alrd. Just now done 1 job after server up. At least i secure incentive for 6pm block. Now still connected and show many place red2 color like money ass but i balik rumah alrd.

actually I'm not sure what CS mean by want to potong your credit even more.... original fare was 15, but they only paid you 10. so they should REFUND you rm1 instead.

Becoz the distance covered from pickup back to pickup was 2km++ which amounts to ~rm5...i was too honest to grab

That's besides the point. Rm15 ride costs rm3 commission.

If they wish to deduct frm ur credit, will grab refund the difference of rm2 commission to you? Coz they would only be entitled to rm1 for rm5 ride. Think not.

The right thing is that u adjust ride to rm10 so thst grab get their rm2 comm and u pocket the rm8. Rm10 is what the passenger paid for, so it is to be split as per usual 80/20.

The cs must be dumb af.

How much hour u spend to get that fare, net is around 288 which is not bad at all.

For flexi got one trick to avoid outstation trip is to maintain your credit wallet within RM15-RM30, for example your credit wallet now is RM20, max u can accept job is RM100, even genting job also won't come in, except Seremban Nilai. But the drawback is u need to keep top up, u might want to buy separate RM10 voucher and reload when need to use. This is an flexi driver sharing to me, workable or not i don't really know.

Click offline when u accept a job, like this won't kena b2b especially Grab system haywire, take some rest and go into area and online to get high fare. It sound easy but u need a lot experience to do that, firstly need to familiarize area demand pattern.

Even veteran flexi driver don't like Airport trip, waiting there can be torturing unless u got Uber apps and switch on and wait for the queue.
