if you're too mafan to write down... just mark down every time you ignore one job. some ppl use coins for this. then during quiet time or when break... check back with your job history to see your AR. the less things you have to do the less likely you are too forget it or get lazy to do it.

It was worth ignoring those two pings though because I got a trip from Putrajaya Sentral to Presint 11 and from Presint 11 to Presint 9. Total fare was RM22 for 11km and both were done in half an hour. Kawtim MP 5pm-6pm 😁

I have sent email n called customer support for the missing weekly statement and I have asked many times if my account has been set up properly. They say everything is perfect.
Looks like something is still not right.
Btw, can you guys advise what other stuff should we drivers be getting on a weekly basis from Grab. Afaik, earnings statement only. Anything else I missed out?

Incentives. Most important is incentives. Lol.

That Driver Feedback report maybe you can use it to think how to improve your DR. Sometimes you think got people give you low rating but you check the report it says last week 100% 5 stars. So maybe some good ratings fell out of your 100 ratings average. And I guess you can keep whatever comments riders give as kenangan... But in Uber, rider's comments are displayed on your profile. Like a trophy cabinet. Sometimes look at it feel quite motivated also. Especially on a day when you get many written compliments from riders but somehow your DR still drop. So you know the problem is not you, it's the cbk rider punya problem.

Managed to escape to Setapak area from there, even used Jln Sultan Ismail to Jln Kuching...traffic was OK actually! (Not the other way tho....seems everyone in KV wanna go to KL this evening).

Yeah...the most pleasant drive after 5 months with uber,4 months with grab.Seldom got this kind pretty girl chatting and sitting next to me.

most important... the 'ended' tab in the incentive shows the correct amount of incentive earned.. better screenshot/take pic in case next week they wrongly calculate or don't pay you the incentive.

So many msg flooded here..One day didn't read really hard to follow..Siao..Admin..Is time for V4

Yesterday I cancelled a lot..damn.. now my CR13.1,%

If my CR remains , will I eligible get my incentive?
