The Incentive will be labeled TOPUP. Green color. Usually credited into there by Tuesday night. If there's delay on this, you will be notified promptly by Grab via standard SMS.

if uber it was deducted comission , you can see the detail by clicking on the transaction.

RM3 job is better than RM5 job, because Grab will top up to RM6 .. so it worth for short trip <1km

Saya ditumbuk berulang-kali, lebih 10 kali oleh pemandu teksi di Aeon Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Rider request pickup point di Aeon Bukit Tinggi, seperti biasa saya terus ke Starbuck Aeon tersebut sambil buat panggilan telefon ke rider, rupanya dia tunggu di bus stop Aeon, bersebelahan Taxi Stand Aeon. Saya terangkan kepada rider untuk menunggu saya di bawah jejantas, betul-betul depan exit Aeon, tapi jejantas itu juga berdekatan dengan Taxi Stand Aeon, semuanya berhampiran. Ketika saya selesai  punch ticket untuk exit Aeon, saya sudah nampak rider tersebut. Lambat pula dia bergerak. Jadi saya tunggu bawah jejantas. Datang pemandu teksi berbaju putih, dialek Sabah, menumbuk cermin kereta berkali-kali minta saya pergi, kemudian menendang bahagian sisi kereta dengan kuat 2-3 kali. Saya parking ke hadapan sedikit untuk lancarkan laluan trafic, kemudian keluar kereta sambil ON fon, hajat hati mahu ambil video/gambar driver teksi tidak bertamadun itu. Baru beberapa saat merakam, dia terus meluru dan menumbuk saya bertubi-tubi di kepala, saya tidak melawan sebab tangan ada fon dan tak mahu keruhkan keadaan sebab di situ ramai kawan-kawannya. Cermin mata saya pecah, hilang dua-dua cerminnya, muka saya ada sedikit luka, telinga rasa berdengung, mujur tumbukan yang bertubi itu tidak sekuat mana, tapi saya cukup geram sebab beliau bersikap sangat aggresif dan tidak menunjukkan nilai yang seharusnya. Saya pemandu Grab yang sah mengikut lunas undang-undang Malaysia, dia pun Pemandu Teksi, dia boleh sahaja daftar masuk bawah Grab sebagai Grab Taxi atai Just Grab, melalui Uber pun boleh, jadi adil, sama-sama cari rezeki. Malahan dia mempunyai saluran untuk jana pendapatan dengan lebih luas. Mengapa perlu bertindak ganas.

Cermin mata saya kutip di tanah, kemudian saya beredar dan beritahu dia dan rakan-rakannya yang laporan polis akan dibuat. Selesai hantar rider berbangsa Sri Lanka tadi ke destinasi, saya terus menuju ke Balai Polis Bukit Tinggi, Klang, Koperal Rahim mengambil laporan, kemudian saya diminta ke IPD Klang Selatan untuk berjumpa Inspektor Suresh. Surat untuk buat pemerikaaan perubatan ada saya pegang, namun klinik swasta dikawasan ini semuanya tutup, mungkin sebab hari ini Sabtu 9 Sepetember, Hai Keputeraan Agong. Takkan mahu ke HTAR Klang pula, terkenal itu dengan kesesakan dan lama tempoh menunggu.

Sewaktu saya dihujani tumbukan, saya lihat ada dua orang remaja Cina merakam  kejadian tersebut. Video yang saya ada singkat sangat, tak dapat tunjuk scene sebenar. Tak sempat nak minta rakaman tersebut, bergegas siapkan tugasan menghantar rider yang menanti.

Rider Sri Lanka itu beri tambang lebih daripada sepatutnya, dua-dua mahu beri duit lebih, saya terpaksa ambil daripada salah seorang. Mereka luahkan rasa kekesalan kerana menunggu di bus stop itu. Saya nasihatkan mereka untuk pilih Starbuck Aeon sebagai pickup location, jelas sangat jauh daripada taxi, lebih selamat. Saya minta maaf kepada mereka kerana apa yang telah terjadi jelas bukan sikap rakyat Malaysia secara keseluruhan.

Pemandu teksi sekalian, sikap segelintir daripada anda hanya mengeruhkan keadaan. Masyarakat semakin takut dengan teksi. Puas hati? Teruskan dengan sikap ganas anda, mana tahu boleh jadi jutawan.

Saya harap pihak PDRM dapat memberi amaran yang jelas dan tegas kepada para pemandu teksi. Ini bukan kes pertama dan saya yakin bukan yang terakhir. Ramai sudah rakan Grab Driver yang menjadi mangsa. Ramai juga penumpang Grab /Rider yang dihalau keluar daripada kereta Grab oleh pemandu teksi. Malaysia negara bertamadun. Sikap ganas Pemandu Teksi wajib dibanteras.

Had an epot trip from Klang this morning, a young couple with a baby. Sent them to KLIA as per requested in the app. Dropped them and I slowly move forward at the end of gate 8 and stopped for a ciggy break. Suddenly got a call, it was the wife asking me if KLIA having Airasia flight, I said no AA is in KLIA2. They must have realized seeing no AA flight on those TVs. Checked again the booking and it was for KLIA and not KLIA2. So I told them if possible come over to gate 8 so that I can send them to the proper terminal and yes they came. They looked blurred when I told them it was a mistake on their side. Anyway after I dropped them proper, the husband asked me berapa nak kena bayar tambang but I said it is ok, I belanja them just like the movie Pay It Forward...☺️

that would depend whether you are chasing incentives or chasing fares instead.
Two jobs per hour is decent enough for weekdays 7-10AM period.

Firstly, you are wrong, you can already get high incentives if you finish 3 jobs, eg MP block , 3 jobs = $50, 4 jobs just gets you an extra $7. All the incentives are FRONT loaded, ie the first job earns you the most percentage of the maximum incentive.

Secondly for MP, its always during the most jammed/peak hour in Klang VAlley, eg Friday evening....so it is almost impossible to complete 4 jobs before the hour unless very very lucky. Friday lunchtime still possible, but almost always require at least 45-50 minutes minimum to complete four jobs. in that case, either you gamble and take the 5th ping and reject it if its a very long distance, or you offline after 4 jobs and its less then 10 minutes to the next hour block. Still get almost $50 if you offline 10 minutes in a MP slot.

For rest of the time...better not try to play 'hiding' style...for one is a suspension/ban if caught (Grab can analyse your pattern based on GPS), and secondly 4 jobs is not that easy to complete unless there is promo going on and you get lots of $3-5 ping, in which case can easily do 5 jobs an hour based on the distance.
You should have stayed online until 8pm since that is HP, and while 2-5pm is only P.

ONE MORE THING: DO NOT ACCEPT Grabshare job as your fourth ping! Because chances are you will get a FIFTH job if your rider is matched! And from experience Grabshare jobs always takes a bit longer then just two b2b ordinary jobs, this matched GS job is going to bleed into your next incentive hour, leaving you very little time to complete more then one job.

GS job has significantly reduce, it only appear when the fare is surge gao gao, almost same like grabcar

Nowadays rider also won't take GS lah, basically has to request a lot more times to get match and end up 10-20 min wasted just like that, higher chances get cancel too

I will wait provided the customer talk or message to me in good manner, there is once customer still one station away and keep me updated, i waited for him 7-8 mins and it was the 2nd job. after i dropped him and immediately get 3rd job and finished the whole HP slot.

But don't mess with me for the first job for each beginning hour, i give no mercy to those rude rider, say few mins become 5 mins didn't show up. I straight away cancel and move away. Nowadays with the shortage of driver, can easily fight back CR.
