QUOTE(voncrane @ Feb 26 2018, 04:15 AM) That there might be the problem.. Running latest Aussie firmware and haven't noticed a single random auto-reboot. Plus I get to choose the exact SSID I want and not be stuck with the @unifi suffix. The router has been on 24/7 from 25th to 28th (today), there is no random auto-reboot, it is just the WAN IP keep changing itself.Does the Aussie firmware has WAN IP keep changing itself issue? Could you kindly provide the links for that? Below is the system log I extracted from the router, I used "..." to eliminate the unwanted logs to make it simple. Based on the CODE below, the WAN IP has been automatically changed 8 times in just few minutes to hours. What's triggering it is still unknown. QUOTE(enduser @ Feb 28 2018, 07:48 PM) Agreed We hardly use HyppTV except for my niece who loves watching cartoons. However, if that's also removed, my sister has her ways to handle my niece. Phone calls are usually made by my mum and my niece to her parents. My mum is OK to use back her mobile after all she only uses house phone probably once or twice per month. If we keep away the phone, my niece won't be able to call. End of the year later got promo rye again add +rm10 to get upgraded speed with free call n jumbo mumbo pack Much cheaper this way. So, these are not important add-ons. QUOTE(Boldnut @ Feb 28 2018, 08:29 PM) same deamand lol But we still want to retain 100Mbps. really want that RM99 package to be real. I dont even fully use 10mbps, let alone 30mbps. |

Hi guys, I need help.
Just recently upgraded to 10mbps unifi,my wifi connection works fine but if I'm using cable to connect, the speed is only around 5Mbps. The upload speed mostly is only 0.07Mbps and sometimes shows latency error. Is it my setting problem or unifi problem? |

QUOTE(Blackops981 @ Feb 28 2018, 10:43 PM) Yup, Even HQ doesn't have an ETA, much less regular TM Points. Plus, they can't know if or when the next person will cancel. Thing is, you might not be the only one waiting for this port. So you MUST keep checking regularly to grab it once available. Mine happened couple years back and it took almost a year for a port to become available.. This was a condo.. If Landed.. |

QUOTE(Xefron @ Feb 28 2018, 06:04 PM) I would have guessed such RM149 would be more for 50M not 100M. If true, I wonder what the catch is. Price / discount only for 2 years then back to normal price, like what the RM139 30M promo was? Or no STB similar to Unifi Lite so its a big brother Unifi Pro Lite plan? There surely must be some condition or else users on RM189 100M may jump to this for its lower price. Surely they won't allow this as they consider it a downgrade due to lower package price. I think its a matter of time that those new RM139 30M will be offered an upgrade for extra RM. This seems to be the pattern now, get the user then get them to pay more. QUOTE(fruitie @ Feb 28 2018, 06:05 PM) I don't mind to lose out those. Maybe next month? There must be user contracts ending in April due to some previous promotion. So they may have a promo again to retain those users again maybe for another 2 year contract.Macam mana dapat? If not convenient to share, roughly when will be announced to the public? QUOTE(Boldnut @ Feb 28 2018, 08:29 PM) same deamand lol I am also wondering if a RM99 entry level package will be coming. I think after the RM189 100M upgrade promo, they targeted RM129 10M users to upgrade to RM139 30M.really want that RM99 package to be real. I dont even fully use 10mbps, let alone 30mbps. And there was a post in the Streamyx thread that a couple of users got upgraded to Unifi Lite at their current Streamyx price such as RM38 or RM68. It could be for outskirts of town area only. Or it could be because it does not make much sense to have RM129 10M when there is a RM139 30M. So maybe 10M price should be lowered. But I think it will only happen, if it does, after they have got users to upgrade to higher priced packages first with contract. |
