Finally decided to take up the offer of upgrade RM10 from 50mbps to 100mbps.

However, I mistakenly told TM staff that my package was RM199 (50mbps free upgrade + residential free calls RM20).

TM staff photocopy IC and wrote there RM209 + Hyptv + Free calls.

However, when I went back home and checked my bills, my package is actually RM189...

So do I need to go back to TM point to tell them it should be RM199 , not RM209 as written in the photocopied IC + form??

did you get the sms for the offer of upgrade RM10? They only offer this is to certain customers? How they select it, your guess is as good as mine.

Got the sms in November, but hesitated because my household members don't use more than 50mbps but decided to accept the offer only yesterday. Last minute decision hehe, but will clarify with TM whether i will be charged RM199 or RM209....

It just said in description it's for Snapdragon, working on my Snapdragon 820. Before changing link speed 72Mbps, can't test full speed since I'm on 30Mbps only

The name of the module is called Wifi Bonding (Qualcomm), can be found in the downloads section in Magisk Manager app on Android

Did you manage to resolve the issue that speed dropped from 100mbps to lower speed after bit torrent?
I'm facing the similar issue, i'm using Asus AC68U router and frequently BT. If i re-connect to TM then the speed will be back to 105mbps.

I just logged a ticket to TM, they will send Technician over but i wonder what they can do....

snd820 link speed only 72 ? this is high end chipset but with lousy 2.4GHz WIFI chip ...

Lenovo ZUK Z2, it's considered a budget phone (RM7XX) so they cut cost in the wifi chip probably, only 433 instead of 866 on 5Ghz too

i'm upgrading from 50 to 100mbps using the rm10 promo. is the router that comes with it any good? also should i expect a replacement for the hypptv device as well? mine hasn't changed since 5mbps o_O;


also not sure what router their giving either, but i already have an Asus AC68u, is that good enough for 100mbps? or is the unifi router going to be better? any thoughts.

No, the router that comes with the RM10 promo upgrade to 100Mbps, is definitely not as good as your Asus AC68U. You can ask for a HyppTV replacement box, if yours is not working that good anymore. The Asus AC68U is good enough for 100Mbps.
