if upgrade from unifi lite to unifi 30mbp@rm139 need to lock in contract for 2 years?

I just change form vip5 to unfi lite 3 months ago thru thank you campaign, can i terminate it and then apply for your above package?

for those w/o contract TM should not have enforce another 2 years for upgrading, this is a breach of consumer right!

anyone here has upgraded successfully their 10 to 30mbps thru the online chat agent? Because the agent say that have to subscribe to new package, can't upgrade?

i thought i have the best package with 30mbps bonanza upgrade from 10mbps with std20 and hypptv jumbo/ruby pack for rm139 until i know my friend only paying rm149 for 50mbps but don't have std and hypptv, to him, more speed is better because he can download everything

yes, i also want to change my dlink dlink wbr2300, which get disconnection sometimes, but they gave me 2 choices:
1. buy on my own
2. they buy and charge me
both also i need to buy despite i just renew contract under RYE. I want free.

i am still having dlink wbr2300, should i ask tm to change to a newer one since i just renew my contract under rye2016
