I see.. I also believe that was a U-turn on their part, and by sending sms stating 'sms sent by technical error bla bla bla' is lesser harsh way to inform the customer that they are going to cancel the free upgrade

Nevermind, as long as I get the free upgrade to 20 MBps before 2019, it should be ok and better than nothing. Just wait lah biggrin.gif

About the celcom fibre, I hope they can pose heavy competition to TM and revise their price soon biggrin.gif

Hypptv everywhere the quality is really meant for tablet or smartphone only... If you manage to play on tv. J
I doubt the quality so so only... So conclusion... don't put too much hope on the resolution quality of hypptv everywhere..

For downgrade u gonna walk in TMPoint yourself. Else terminate the account then reopen new unifi lite acc. Dun need return old STB box to them ya. Can reuse.

Im using Hypp TV Everwhere app on the original TM STB and the quality is HD quality and it is comparable to Astro HD video quality.

How you managed to do that?
I even tried to watch hypptv everywhere from those so called original tm stb that has been 'hacked' last week at my cousin house, and the picture quality sucks! rclxub.gif

Which STB are you using? Im using the ori TM STB Huawei EC6108V8 with HDMI output.

i don't have the STB so only watched via ipad or PC...and can see the resolution not even HD 720p....
you're lucky then..maybe the STB upscale the resolution?
