One of my friend still using old streamyx plan 4MBPs for RM88 (without GST)

63.60... cheapest
speed... about 7x faster than old dial up, I think

thinking of getting this plan also, still undecided.

10mbps internet only. No unlimited phone calls and hypptv. Useful for only internet usage.

Don't really need the unlimited phone calls. Even less use of HyppTV.
Now, if it were only below RM100....

If you satisfy with your current speed then no need to consider to topup RM20 for 10x speed for Streamyx 1M with RM110 as it is pointless since your current usage have no issue.

Don't upgrade for the sake of just it is worthwhile if you are not using such speed.

Anybody else having trouble with account registration at www.unifi.com.my ? They said to register again and until now I don't receive the damn TAC. Tried like many times now and still not receive. I want to upgrade to UniFi Lite since my address is officially available on their website. Sigh

So are you on unifi already? If you are, completing the registration can be done by select forget password and re-do again.

Looks like TM is giving me false hope. This sms was sent by them on 28 Aug and it took them about three weeks to say this sms has been mistakenly sent to me. Anybody here receive similar sms?

There were several users mentioning this few days ago about TM calling, sms and emailing them on free upgrade miscommunication.

I see.. this is truly unacceptable.. they should proceed with this free upgrade to fix their mistake

This is completely acceptable by TM and MCMC standard.

First, it is stated by PM Budget speech and transcript that 10Mbps will only get free upgrade to 20Mbps.
Second, it is clear the 10-->30 announcement was a mistake in first place.
Third, action has been taken by TM to rectify the miscommunication by informing affected users.

Fix now bro. Nah, I'm still on Stmx 8Mbps. They updated their website which require me to register again in order to view my bills etc. The new website is great tho. Accurate search as well as you can view available plans on the selected address.

I want to ask. Since TM just updated their coverage website. My address is finally to subscribe Unifi Lite under SUBB (VDSL). My area is plan for HSBB soon. Maybe like next year if TM is not joking. Anyway, I just apply it Online via the website and the team will contact me in the next 3 working days. The question is, what the next procedure to do after they confirm my order ? Need to proceed to TM Point for Bio. Fingerprint ? If you guys apply via TM website. Can share your experience ? Thanks.

I just upgraded my Streamyx 4M to Unifi lite yesterday, so far the streamyx is still active at the moment.
