Ari, if it's a solid meal of say for example, white rice, meat and veg, i'd say wait 1-1.5 hours.

If it's a shake, I'd say 45 mins to an hour.

Nah, she's quite small. We got people indirectly asking us all the time how we have sex since I'm so heavy. She just replies with a simple "I'm stronger than you think".

No. It's because you haven't trained your body to be neurally efficient in it. I never did pull ups before and i could barbell row 100 kg plus but when i tried pull ups the first time, i totally sucked cos i could only do 3. So i kept doing as many as i could twice a week. My max is 15-17 reps bodyweight now. Just keep doing them. Aim for a targeted number of reps per session like 20. Do as many as you can just short of failure or till failure, rest 30 secs to a min and keep squeezing out 1-2 reps till you hit a total of 20.

Yeah, 15-17 when i last tried 2 months ago. And it sucks if you're at heavier bodyweight.

Very good physique. Nice solid delts you have there. Since I've already seen your rear lat spread, I'd say you've got already impressive width. The things you need to bring up would be your overall upper body thickness which you say you have a problem with and your maybe your arms. Everything looks pretty fine. Bring up your chest more to get in on par with your delt development, maybe focus more on incline benching? I can see you do quite a lot of side laterals.

I plan to switch my ME bench to ME incline bench when I hit 225X5 for bench press. I only do 2 sets of lateral raise with 30lbs once a week.

Whoa whoa. Careful mate. Imo, the flat bench is a bodybuilding and power movement, so it has the versatility of allowing both high and low reps.
The incline bench press is a bodybuilding movement and you shouldn't try power schemes (low reps, extremely heavy weight/ME) on that. You will place yourself in a much more susceptible position for a pectoral tear.

So I should go higher on rep range for incline?
