Yeah bro. Think about it. You see powerlifting comps and powerlifting routines? They never have an ME day for incline benching, nor do they have comps for that either, only for the flat bench.
I suggest you try keeping reps around 8-10?

I think he's got pretty solid mass, maybe he's going into the cutting phase for personal reasons. I'm pretty impressed by his delt development.

Added on May 7, 2007, 8:39 pmI felt awful pigging out on some rice and 2 fried chicken drumsticks even though i removed the skin. My next 2 meals are gonna be 2 scoops whey in water, then a tandoori chicken breast and then my pre bedtime shake.

Nah, no way. I don't really count y'know.... as long as i'm getting in enough protein. Like if i absolutely must have carbs, i just have one meal a day with rice. The rest will be just healthy fat and protein if you exclude the oats from my breakfast shake.

first dish is taiwanese sausage and fried tofu (duh, i bet u all noe)

2nd dish, is my selfmade egg tofu+potatoes+tuna.

u shud see what my protein shake looks like........hahaha
3 weeks of unwashed protein left at the rims ( i dun wash my cup, just leave in the fridge)

it looks horrendous!! sumore the milk all over lagi...lol
