i put on my current photos as "before". currently i m bulking up to build my lagging body parts - chests, lats & shoulders. i would like to see how much i can gain in 10 weeks  biggrin.gif .

my relatives told me that i m slimmer now despites the fact that i m 4 kg heavier. it makes me believes that as long as symmetry in concern, getting bigger wouldn't make me bulky.

Nice bicep peak.

Good progress, you need to work on your delts, lat thickness and width. I think arms are pretty fine, need to bring up tris a tad more. Chest needs more work.

Why the FUK does everyone have a bicep peak except me?

I not sure if I save any old photos but I was very fat 2 years ago......and that "peak" was around 98kg.

About the diet....a normal diet. Will try look in it after I finish my final in 3 weeks time.

Define normal diet. I hope it's not just 3 meals a day. You got your pre and post workout meals in check?

I can tell you have lost bodyfat though.

Let say during lecture days.

Breakfast around 9am (depend on when is the break).
Usually fry mee + 1 egg.
[not able to wake up early to cook myself......]
tea time, no time for that.

lunch, usually chicken + egg + vege and rice.

Pre-workout. Usually I just take Jacob high fibre/low salt cracker with Milo/Cereal.

Workout usually 5pm, then dinner around 6:30pm.
As usual, chicken + vege.

10pm, cereal/milo + cracker.....

3 packs of HL milk last me for 5 days....sometime 2 packs for 4 days.... as it isn't cheap.... sweat.gif

Diet may varies depend on how busy is my studies....

I'm sorry but you need to tweak it a lot. Not enough calories, not enough protein. And your breakfast is terrible. You can have a very good workout routine but if your diet isn't good enough, you won't grow.

Sure. I'll be blunt.

Your breakfast is bad. Your preworkout is bad. Your prebedtime is bad.
My girlfriend eats more than you for breakfast. And your preworkout of milo and cereal, how do you even find the energy to workout?
And your prebedtime meal, milo and cracker, where's the slow digesting protein?

Okie, this is how I say you should do it. Reverse your cereal+milo+cracker+milk, to breakfast.

Then I understand as you're in university, its' kinda scarce to get good food, so you can either pack wholemeal bread+jam and put in a little tuna.

lunch looks fine, but your preworkout is retarded.

okay la, i'm those clown that always miss preworkout, but it's really important. here's what i suggest:

at the very least, eat oats...2 packs of instant oats+bread with ham/cheese/tuna/macaroney/turtle meat.

POST workout, now this is important. Get somethign that is absorbed real fast. Example? Milk. Another example, protein shakes. Another example.......man cum.

Supper, drink milk if u can't afford to get protein shake first. Save a lil money.

happy dieting.

Q here: pre workout meal, how long do you wait before you do your workout? i mean, you can't immediately jump onto the cross trainer right after the meal right?

i have a friend, refuse to eat before workout. got off work and straight to his benchpress, crazy bugger.

Ari, if it's a solid meal of say for example, white rice, meat and veg, i'd say wait 1-1.5 hours.

If it's a shake, I'd say 45 mins to an hour.
