nolar, i've planned to switch to BB much earlier. Rmbr? I want the 400 squat/dl ma.....so if I get close to it, I'm quite happy already.

I was thinking, go on powerlifting till maybe about September. Then start bodybuilding, but then I tot......"wait, i've got camps to attend and manage in December.."

So I definitely won't be able to watch my eating and training. Might as well just bulk now, then around November, cut for a month and see where I go.

I noticed my shoulders are really lagging nowdays, hahaha...I guess clean/presses don't count as shoulder workouts then. hehehe......

i hope i can get stronger from bodybuilding too.

If I am not mistaken, if you gain more than couple kgs a month, then you are gaining quite some fat.

For me, I target to gain about 2kg a month.

It's not easy to gain muscle. A lot of people just see the scale numbers but it's the mirror which is the best judge of progress. Lean muscle mass is extremely hard to gain.

there's a limit to how much musles u can gain a year. so 4-5 kg a month usualy comes with some fat >.> but it doesn't hurt since bulking is to get big. putting on few fats and maximizing muscle mass gain is good.

Yeah, there's some truth to it, but what if a trainee takes it too far? I speak from personal experience. I took bulking way too far 2 years ago and it took me a while to strip most of that fat away. I prefer to hover around 91 kg as opposed to my previous 98kg. I'm still targeting around 85 or so.

I am targeting 82kg with less than 10% body fat. That makes me a 180lbs lean mean sex machine

28%? Are you sure? How accurate is that? I mean what device did you use to measure?
