Haha.. I would certainly like to bulk more... However if I were to continue, I will have to get new pants... So I will re-evaluate after these 4 weeks and see how things turn out.

On the side note, do you happen to have Lipo-6?

Man certainly I am one! Never think I am big enough.. Honestly I feel small infront of a mirror... Especially in the gym I feel dwarfed! Will be satisfied though when I cant go through a doorway without stepping sideway.... biggrin.gif

Previously ya, until weighted dips wrecked my forearms! Not going heavy, 20kg plus BW usually.. Anyway why?
*
I find dips very effective for triceps, especially if you keep your body straight (no leaning foward).

But I guess you just need to lose bodyfat to see the definition of your triceps.

You got a big arm there darkie,i know you love to grow big lol... cut the crap, let's arm wrestling! laugh.gif  eh joking.

Want to ask you something. Some says that our body will look terible if we stop training/retire.Is that true?and also some says,if we grow with natural food and training, our body will still look quite nice eventhough we stop trainig.Anything you have to say?also, whey considered natural right?
*
It depends. When you do not workout, your muscles shrink in size. And as all of us know, muscle itself burns calories. So the more you have, to more you burn and vice versa.

Now let's concentrate on why bodybuilders look like crap when they stop. The very important thing here is the diet. As mentioned earlier, as we lose muscle, our metabolism will be generally lower than it used to be when we have more muscle. And most of the bodybuilders maintain the same diet even after they stop working out. So it boils down to this very simple equation

Same amount of calories + slower metabolism = FAT FAT FAT

That is one of the main reasons why people say that you will look like crap when you stop. However, if you were to realize that the culprit is diet, just go easy on the diet and you will be just fine. Worse case scenario will be you wouldn't looked as big... That's all....

Knowledge is a very powerful tool. Keep that in mind.

As in you should consume lesser calories than you were when you were working out.

Pizza, you and i are quite different le. you're a powerbuilder... and you're choosing to stay at that size, for good reasons too.  biggrin.gif
as for me, i wanna get bigger.. bodybuilder wannabe.  flex.gif  but had a tough time when i tried bulking... gonna give bulking another shot in a couple of months.
*
For hard gainers like you, the best way to bulk is to wake up in the middle of the night and eat. My friend managed to bulk up that way.
