Bosch also okay to purchase online via pee pee/lapsapda, just ensure the online seller is the online portion of an actual brick and mortar bosch dealer should be okay. The bosch website does publish a list of their dealers

dear sifus,

planner to buy a cordless drill for normal screwing and occasionally drilling job on furniture and walls.
I am aware there are many brands and available. Any recommendation on particular model with minimal issue and maintenance easier (brushless type)?

For occasional use, even brush type can last for years. They are cheaper too. Maintenance is not an issue either brushed or brushless actually. smile.gif

Just buy any brand that you can get service easily and branded one has many service center throughout the country. I would just go for those on sales and cheaper among those brands with similar feature laugh.gif

Light usage GSB120 or so should be alright as long as not drilling concrete walls biggrin.gif
As I remember for Makita cordless + BL (brushless) these are expensive tools coz brushless tongue.gif

yeah. just normal usage. I do have a wired hammer drill set for concrete but seldom use.

I checked, brushless type generally more expensive.

Don't think so.

Look at the battery pack size, I think it use 20650. It is a single battery rate at 3.6v, 4.0ah.

The advantage is, it can direct charge with USB. Battery pack built in USB charger.

last week potong the mix of Keruing and Kapur and woweeee first time jumpa such a troublesome wood.

It bogged my saws due to the resin still in the wood despite drying for months. The resin pushed out by static pressure of the saw, like squezzed lemon. Mcm my blade sudah bye bye.

Sorry, noob, first time jumpa resinous wood. Red balau even borneo ironwood no issue before.

Yes GWS060 is good enough. Angle grinder is dangerous tool. You can find variations with the ori handle, and also some c/w ori bosch discs.

You will need to use a grinding disc (thick one that looks like 5 DVD stuck together), not the thin cutting disc (thin like one DVD disc) if you're grinding on the flat side.

Why this is important? https://www.nortonabrasives.com/en-us/resou...ing-vs-grinding

No la. Included battery where got so cheap.

Excluded battery and charger.

I have the Worx Hydroshot with battery. So I use that battery.

But 2Ah battery only can run 15min or less for high mode.

Maybe DIY strap a higher Ah 18650 battery on it. biggrin.gif
