Sifus,

The new Semi-D's are currently going for around RM1.3-1.5mil. Do you think the pricing justify the value of the property?. In short, is it worth buying for own stay?. Im currently living in KL, but thinking of moving to a bigger property. Most of the Semi-Ds that I know of are valued around RM2-3mil. Any advice?

What are the prospect of the Resort Homes in BSS..the houses does look good..but just curious what do other residents of BSS or sifus in here think of it?. Thanks.

But why do some us want a runway to be built within a township?. Any idea the amount of noise pollution that would be generated from these jet fighters?. The good thing is that there would be the presence of such military body, hopefully would make the neighborhood a little more safer.

But how do you predict the near future to turn out?. Higher rental yield and property value with the completion of major highways and other infrastructure and development projects within the area.

Dont think the outcome of GE14 will hv much affect on these projects. HSR will still go on, however MVV may face certain issues depending on the who will be in charge of N9.

Oh is it?. Im sorry, I may have missed out on that one. Nevertheless, HSR is a good development and infrastructure project for the nation. Dont think they will scrap it off without thinking.

I guess the bigger challenge is how Metrix develops BSS itself (e.g. hospital player to replace the Taiwanese hospital player, attracting buyers/investors from Klang Valley to BSS and etc)

It will be interesting to learn from others in here of their thoughts and feedback.

No decision has been made yet. However, we are certain that the Government is reviewing the project. I guess they will amend the project to lower the cost of it, but not scrap the whole project as it will definitely be beneficial to the business world and our economy as a whole. Lets not get panic over it for now and hopefully we will get the best outcome possible for BSS.

I guess will need to wait and see how things evolve over the next few months. With Labu as a Aviation/MRO Hub, it will still create some spillover into BSS's residential, commercial and industrial developments (altho I'm not sure of the amount).

Is the government agencies still relocating to BSS as planned earlier?. This would probably help to improve the prospect of BSS even further. Anyways, moving forward, there is still a lot of opportunities for BSS to tap into especially with the new linkage to KLIA, development is N9 itself and hopefully new economic projects such as MVV and others.

Anyone keen to share their opinion?

Went for a drive around BSS yesterday. Any idea when will they start on developing Icon Park?. Saw some land clearing going on, but this has been the case for the last couple of months now.

Yea Merchant Square looks kind of empty as well with very minimal movement in terms of outlet's reno work. I hope they will offer some proper business services in Merchant Square.

But do you guys think with the involvement of Dsara Realty now, it will help to grow the commercial aspect of BSS at a faster rate?. Anyone has any knowledge if Matrix is looking to revive/build more on the commercial areas?.

Okay...but this doesnt solve the fact that they would still need to live up to their blueprint of having a hospital within the vicinity of BSS. The Mawar Medical Centre is located in Seremban town..Perhaps its their 1st step of getting involved in the healthcare business, which hopefully would help them in luring a bigger healthcare operator to invest in BSS..just my thoughts..
