Anyone yang bought house at BSS does their project completed as per advertised or got delay?

Mine completed on time. But got delay in getting the letter for VP due to Covid.

About a month... but when MCO was lifted, the customer service called to confirm on the VP date. I didn't go n collect it immediately 😂. Only a month later i went to collect the key and do one round of of simple checking. So far so good! But still going to hire professional to do a thorough inspection.

Out of the 99 problems with Matrix/BSS, the only 1 thing which is good is their building speed. Mine took 18mths from scratch till completion which is the fastest so far in my little experience of buying/selling properties. But don't ask about the quality la, that one different topic.

ouch... hancur the market price.

More expensive a bit. But cannot compare Rimbun Vista with BSS. Different product range. IJM one well organized and better product quality. Like comparing Musang King with durian kampung

my house now (rent) by IJM (saujana tropika) also a lot issue. leaking n wall crack all over the house.

If G&G is illegal, then how did they got the approval to built the guard houses?. If these guard houses were built illegally, then how did they received their CCC cert?. Mind to explain please?
