so so true. Prices are exorbitant here. Kudos to the developer for selling some whimsical dreams to the buyers.

Can get lower and lower given the fundamentals here are weak. Can't imagine people pay more for a terrace house here than rimbayu.

Wrong. Ballot n many ppl can't get. I have many friends failed to win few rounds d. This shows the diff btw bss n rimbayu location n fundamentals.

If 450k ok la for this ulu place. I remember driving through this place when nse is jammed. Dunnnoo how people pay so much to buy there.

See them buying new land nearby to flood the market with more units.
