My sister and i bought one unit in BSS as a weekend home and for my parent's stay in the future and for our own retirement.

We will continue to stay in Puchong since i am working in USJ and my sis in Shah Alam. If the traffic is smooth, i might considered to travel to n fro from BSS. biggrin.gif

Mine completed on time. But got delay in getting the letter for VP due to Covid.

About a month... but when MCO was lifted, the customer service called to confirm on the VP date. I didn't go n collect it immediately 😂. Only a month later i went to collect the key and do one round of of simple checking. So far so good! But still going to hire professional to do a thorough inspection.

Someone 'powerful' who stay in that housing must be holding a grudge towards the developer and then reported it to MBS. If not, i don't think MBS is so free to come and check .

Similar case happened to the area where i am staying. 80% of the residents signed and agreed to have 24 hours security with proper boom gate etc. All are nicely set up and sign boards safely erected. Then one fine day our local council come and demolish it saying it's illegal. They said someone in our taman reported us.

So it's either dissatisfaction over something or that person refused to pay. biggrin.gif

Actually i am very curious to know why no one seriously take action to sue the developer since there are so many evidences from many house owners.

What kind of joy or compensation they received by putting up more new banners? By doing that, maybe that will stopped some new potential buyers from buying the house there. But their house problems will still be there if no actions from developer.

Plus it's going to be difficult to sell the house with all the complaints posted on social media. So regardless what's the outcome, buyer is on the losing side unless using the correct way to handle the situation.

Noted on all your points. I understand their frustrations.
It's indeed time consuming and costly but if no actions taken, problem still remained and the conditions of the house will continue to get worse if owner is not repairing at their own costs.

I am not working for them or as a sales agent.
I am one of the house owner and i don't dare to say i have a perfect unit because it's still new.
Only time will tell.

I am not originally from Seremban, so i am trying to understand the situation and if those things ever happened to my house, i will know how to go about it.
But from all the pictures they posted, that already helped me to pay extra attention on the parts of the house they complaint about.

It doesn't delay our plans because we have no intention to move in yet.
Temporarily we are still monitoring the overall conditions of the house after saw so many negative reviews on houses by this developer. After we got the key, i went to check 3 times and didn't see anything bad.

Last i week i went to check the house again since it's raining season now. I observed the concrete slab car porch has some cracks in certain parts. So i am not sure is it because of that, the ceiling below has water stains and mold and it was quite bad. It's nearer to the open space area. Other than that, there are signs of internal pipe leaking on one of the wall in the master bedroom. The other side of the particular wall is our neighbour's bathroom. They already moved in. I touched it and it was not wet or damp either. So i don't know what's the problem. The water pressure of all the toilets are low, shower area and WC has no water or after flush, there is no sounds of water flowing into the WC. I only turn on the water last week, so maybe the water storage tank is not full yet.

I have hired house inspector to do inspection this week. So we shall see what other defects the house has. Once we got the full report, then only we submitted in our defects form. So as per what other house owner's reviews, developer will take their own sweet time to repair or fix the problems. So we will wait and observe it again after the repairs.
