Looking at all the re-occuring issues faced by these buyers, they should just proceed ahead to sue Matrix together!. Hopefully it will be a good lesson for the Matrix and other developers not to screw around with buyers.
To sue is not that straightforward. Long winding process, you still have to live in the unit and the process takes years. What is one suppose to do while waiting? You can't just wait till the process is over with water leaking everywhere and stuff falling apart in the unit. This is why matters are sort via social media, placing banners by the roadside to get attention and etc, while waiting for the legal process which most of the time sides the developer. Only a handful actually managed to settle out of court, and how many can afford the costly legal fees. Yes indeed there is no perfect developer around, but its the way how Matrix handle the situation which is causing all this frustration.
