To sue is not that straightforward. Long winding process, you still have to live in the unit and the process takes years. What is one suppose to do while waiting? You can't just wait till the process is over with water leaking everywhere and stuff falling apart in the unit. This is why matters are sort via social media, placing banners by the roadside to get attention and etc, while waiting for the legal process which most of the time sides the developer. Only a handful actually managed to settle out of court, and how many can afford the costly legal fees.

Yes indeed there is no perfect developer around, but its the way how Matrix handle the situation which is causing all this frustration.

HSR project will be discussed for way forward by end of this month. Hopefully theres good news. Labu is the most properly best location hsr terminal in negeri sembilan. Our neighbour.

I would like to ask, normally after register the water supply. How long the water meter will be install ?..

I waited about 3 months. I registered end of June and received the first bill in Oct.

It doesn't delay our plans because we have no intention to move in yet.
Temporarily we are still monitoring the overall conditions of the house after saw so many negative reviews on houses by this developer. After we got the key, i went to check 3 times and didn't see anything bad.

Last i week i went to check the house again since it's raining season now. I observed the concrete slab car porch has some cracks in certain parts. So i am not sure is it because of that, the ceiling below has water stains and mold and it was quite bad. It's nearer to the open space area. Other than that, there are signs of internal pipe leaking on one of the wall in the master bedroom. The other side of the particular wall is our neighbour's bathroom. They already moved in. I touched it and it was not wet or damp either. So i don't know what's the problem. The water pressure of all the toilets are low, shower area and WC has no water or after flush, there is no sounds of water flowing into the WC. I only turn on the water last week, so maybe the water storage tank is not full yet.

I have hired house inspector to do inspection this week. So we shall see what other defects the house has. Once we got the full report, then only we submitted in our defects form. So as per what other house owner's reviews, developer will take their own sweet time to repair or fix the problems. So we will wait and observe it again after the repairs.

I was thinking to buy but now will hold off. Not doubt the env is nice, biggest attraction. But quality issues I heard are biggest drawbacks.

Actually the price and size of Sendayan houses not much different than those in selangor. Just that those developers dont launch huge numbers. Usually sold when we reach the show gallery. Most agents from BSS really did well in their con jobs. They will use their huge profit to buy props in real damansara not the damansara of seremban. Wow ‘SKLIA’ free of charge but so many simpang empat. Is the international school is also a joke? Got expat want to live in BSS?
