1. Suing the developer, ongoing legal process. Time consuming and costly. And the fineprint of DLP is siding the developer.
2. Joy or compensation? If you are in their shoes then you are in a better position to understand what they are going through.
3. Selling the house? It doesn't really matter, subsale buyers will be turned off anyway once they view the unit with all those defects.
I don't live in Suriaman, but I'm staying in a nearby phase where i moved in just over 5yrs ago. And I'm experiencing the same issues. Maybe one should understand why they actually do this instead of pointing finger to the buyers. It takes a lot for someone/group of people to vent their anger via this channels.
Anyone here supports that developer are definitely working for them or sales agents. Unless you one of the few lucky owners getting a perfect unit, good on you.
Noted on all your points. I understand their frustrations.
It's indeed time consuming and costly but if no actions taken, problem still remained and the conditions of the house will continue to get worse if owner is not repairing at their own costs.
I am not working for them or as a sales agent.
I am one of the house owner and i don't dare to say i have a perfect unit because it's still new.
Only time will tell.
I am not originally from Seremban, so i am trying to understand the situation and if those things ever happened to my house, i will know how to go about it.
But from all the pictures they posted, that already helped me to pay extra attention on the parts of the house they complaint about.
