i dont know to read the plan, but if it is really mentioned in there then u should fight for it, dont get bullied by the developer, my house in suriaman all according to plan so there is no problem

NS Government would request Federal Government to relocate the Kualiti Alam, based on what reported in China Press

Exco. member Teo Kok Seong replied to supplementary question from Tok Mat during NS State Assemblly on 27/9/2018.

Najib, who is also the former finance minister, claimed that the economic deficit today is caused by Harapan, and not the previous BN government.

Anyway KA has license until 2030 to operate in Bukit Nenas, this is no reason to relocate unless there is serious incident happen or proof that it caused by KA.

they said this is BSS exclusive & low-density area. the future development area planned for semi-D not terrace link.
Again, i dont know either matrix understand what is resort homes concept. Feel misleading by their ads.

Oh that bad, the original plan is 562 unit in 74.5 acres ie 7.5 unit per acres

Even in their latest presentation (30/6/2018), they still state phase 5 is 85 unit semiD.

But in the same presentation, it also show 232 unit terrace houses in Phase 5 doh.gif
May be it was difficult to sell semiD in BSS.

Initial Master Plan during early phase of resort homes. I took from Elymus brochure.

Compare this and with latest master plan, everything is maintained except that future development area has been changed from SemiD to link house.
