I have asked matrix sales personel at dTempat regarding Hijayu 2 - resort homes masterplan. As confimed by them, Matrix planning team had changed the masterplan end of last year WITHOUT informing their sales team as well as updating resort homes masterplot display at dTempat. And this end up matrix sales team was misleading especially to lunaria buyers by advising wrong information.

85 unit semiD has changed to 170+ link house.

Matrix claimed resort homes is exclusive area, but what they've done really BS.

Felt cheated & regret.

Maybe Semi-D market that over million price is hard to sell, so they change to superlink house 22X85

The main problem when matrix changed semiD to link house is they changed the access of main road as well.

The semiD project did not pass thru Lunaria area, they have their own road connected to Allysum phase.

After changed to link house (estimated 200 house), those link house area is connected to Lunaria phase and everyone will pass thru lunaria road towards entrance.

PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd (SD Prop) will go it alone in the development of the 379,000-acre Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV) project.

Sources said that the early partners in the development that covers an area that is twice the size of Singapore dropped out after the memorandum of understanding (MoU) lapsed a year ago. The MoU between SD Prop, Brunsfield Development Sdn Bhd and Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pencen (KWAP) lapsed in November last year.

The MoU between SD Prop, Brunsfield and KWAP was signed in May 2017. In the same month, Brunsfield disclosed that the Boston Design Group had prepared a concept masterplan to be presented to the MVV steering committee. Under the proposed plan by Boston Design Group, phase one of the MVV would have six clusters and essentially form the `heartbeat’ of MVV. However, it is learnt that the steering committee decided to opt for a plan prepared by SD Prop. bye.gif

Sources said that the SD Prop master plan caters to gradual development to create vibrancy and provide ample open spaces and green parks in its development.

“It will set the pace for future phases of development in MVV with a lot of open space,” said a source.

Wah PH time only Sime Darby alone, dont know what is the impact on this. The MVV 2.0 PH version which is modified already that include Ampangan, Pantai and Lenggeng, and not mention BSS anymore in the plan, maybe BSS included in Seremban cluster plan, dont know for sure

There are 2 highways in Parcel A, LEKAS at the right and NSH at the left

Ampangan, Pantai and Lenggeng are located around LEKAS.
