my matrix sales agent sent me few photos on current progress at lunaria resort homes
I noticed there is a difference between the floor plan (SPA doc) and the actual ie photo i received. --- Drawing plan/SPA doc : it should be fully brick wall at the edge of staircase. --- Photo sent from agent : matrix/contractor has changed the brick wall to staircase hand railing. I wondering how come matrix allow this to happen by simply changed and not to follow the floor plan. They have built thousand house here and for sure this is not acceptable to the buyers. Allysum : 52 Lunaria 1 & 2 : 129 Lunaria 3 : 232 Future development : 232 Total 709. Let say 80% house occupied. There is ONLY ONE ENTRANCE TO ACCOMMODATE 560 CARS IN AND OUT can see a lot of house instead of land reserved for landscape and scenery, amenities or recreational area. As confimed by them, Matrix planning team had changed the masterplan end of last year WITHOUT informing their sales team as well as updating resort homes masterplot display at dTempat. for me senawang today is too congested & crowded area. Not properly planning. Plenty of traffic lights. unless you stay at outskirt area like Nusa Intan & senawang perdana.
seremban and its larger area has few emerging township developed at same time like S2, BSS, Ainsdale, Springhill, Kota seriemas+Enstek & Nilai Impian. this has made overall population spread out between those area. |

I was informed by matrix staff, ara sendayan road is connected to Rasah Kemayan residential and a new road will be built to connect Nusari bayu and Iringan bayu project by OSK
