Based on HCS's map, there is an existing road connecting Sendayan and Enstek but didn't mention KLIA Linkage but got dotted line for the proposed SKLIA Highway. Very little report on this Linkage on line, puzzled.

Never see that map before. As far as i know currently enstek only connect to gadong not directly to sendayan, so i thought klia linkage is the one connecting STV to enstek then to klia. SKLIA still long time to go before materialise, i think still in planning.

Got this map from Matrix SA on Malaysia Day, but SA didn't know much about KLIA Linkage. Based on fact gathered todate, seem that this Sendayan-Enstek road is part of the KLIA Linkage.

If we refer to BSS Master layout there, looks like KLIA Linkage is really Sendayan-Enstek road that was mentioned in the tweet earlier and the dot line is just a connection to proposed SKLIA.

There's a lot of things in the HCS map that i never heard before. Do you know anything about Kiara Sendayan, Theme park and the KL education city?

Kiara Sendayan belong to Matrix too.

In term of location, the proposed theme park located in Enstek, TH's project.

Kiara Sendayan is new housing project by Matrix, target for low cost house, the housing buildup size is smaller than tiara sendayan, and using IBS, according to my matrix sales

Really? i think Merchant Square need catalyst to kickoff the business there. Im thinking of something like big grocery shop with wetmarket where people come everyday to shop. So far still empty with no activity there, hope will change soon.

Based on the statistic released by national statistic department, Negeri Sembilan consistently outpace the national inflation rate in recent years.

I wonder why is that, what does it means? If this is the sign of rapid development and urbanization? But in terms of GDP, NS is still lacking behind compared to our neighbor.
