QUOTE(PenzoilGuy @ Nov 27 2020, 01:01 PM) I'm not so sure, by the way I'm in Klang Valley..not sure about other state Try restart your phone and on latest phone system update So far device i have samsung s20+ and my Huawei P30 pro both have volte, eg. S20 when calling people show "HD" icon next to timer counter and P30 show "VoLTE" icon next to timer counter.
Restarted but still the same, no volte despite already enabled in the setting. oklah, thanks. Must be the upgrade is still ongoing by phases.

I was trying to apply for Maxis broadband and was told that I have outstanding with Celcom. Strangely this is not the first time I was informed about this as I recall I had calls from debt collectors about outstanding Celcom bill.
Back in 2015 I recall porting to Celcom coz of their generous internet. After few months due to bad coverage I port back to Maxis. Naturally to port one number to another I need to clear my outstanding with Celcom (it's on postpaid btw).
Number ported with no issue and now suddenly Celcom decided they still can bill me after porting. And now this small outstanding is causing me so much trouble and Celcom ain't helping much about this.
I find this stupid and ridiculous. Just sharing my tale if someone still wanna stick to Celcom.

Its normal in postpaid to view the bills after two months of termination..just to clarify there is no outstanding to the bill.. You still have to pay the previous bill to move on..

That's totally terrible and especially no notification or bill or email to my side on this outstanding. Just one handphone number telling me pay Sialcom. No wonder these telcos get screwed by MCMC frequently. Anyway not going to accept that they can still bill me full after termination. Gonna make live hell for them since their stupid blacklist screwed me over many times.

Gonna make live hell for them since their stupid blacklist screwed me over many times. When I terminated my Celcom Broadband line in 2016, the officer at the Blue Cube centre told me to come back in one month's time to check if any outstanding charges were filed against my IC. He said a lot of people were caught out by Celcom's practices.

He said a lot of people were caught out by Celcom's practices. Which further justify Sialcom... I switch out from Digi, Maxis post paid 2 to 3 times each. Everytime they either let me through with no further oustanding or ask me clear outstanding before authorizing the port. Go one time with Sialcom and this happens. No wonder MCMC fine these people like hell.
