Wow, thats bad. Why would they stop anyone from porting out? If they really want to retain the customer, they should put some effort to introduce special plans like some other telcos did to retain their customer.
Isn't it all telco must let its users MNP if they wish to? It should be our basic consumer rights kan?

I don't think the counter girl will kena sack, instead will get promoted lagi. Because she followed the "SOP" and didn't kneel down to customer's request.

Shouldn't be any different, as both also using same tower and no speed cap, unless it's MEGA unlimited plan.

Btw, tumpang ask, if I subscribe to Mega Postpaid, then add on RM18 Mega Unlimited M. Would I still get 40GB fast internet, then only drop down to 5mbps unlimited or straight all data limited to 5mbps?

I also just got the VoLTE SMS on my Android 10 phone. Guess it's just an empty surprise for me then

Indoor coverage in my house can be bad sometimes (maybe because of band 7 LTE used for my area), so better check at your house with a prepaid line first if want to be sure. Otherwise, outdoor coverage is fine.

At least no dropped calls, cukur dah. Last time used Maxshit, 4G full bars, but always drop calls.

Not even all postpaid users. I'm on Mega plan now and don't have VoLTE, apparently I have to wait until I get Android 11 update.

As a Celcom customer, would we be able to access Digi towers soon? If so, when?

Besides, would we all get VoLTE/VoWiFi?

The press release didn't address these issues.

However, as a Axiata shareholder, I'm happy to see it going up tomorrow.
