QUOTE(kueyteowlou @ Jun 9 2017, 12:03 AM) celcom.. when i ported out that time.. they didnt check properly my bill after 8-9months.. they say i still owe celcom RM80... haha they even send gangster type of customer service to call me day n night.. lodge a complain in their service centre.. until now do not have any feedback from celcom... if u guys wanted to use celcom ... please think twice they are debt collectors actually, hired by the telco. Not just celcom, maxis, digi and umobile is doing the same as well. Depending on the agencies, some like to harassed people by keep calling you days and night.

QUOTE(kueyteowlou @ Jun 9 2017, 08:12 AM) do they scold rude words to u ah? anyway they missed count my bills somemore dare to rude to me you can just ignore and make payment to the telco directly, if you are lucky you can get good discount for your outstanding bill. Usually these debt collector agencies will ask you to inform them after you made the payment, this to added to their commission in their invoice to the respective telcos or banks. In order to get that commission, they will try push you to the edge, mean that will include the rude manner.

QUOTE(alien3d @ Jun 9 2017, 10:10 AM) same as maxis shit. most telco have billing problem........... moved to pre-paid .. i allready complain to skmm and pdpa. Those gov agency.. keep mouth shut as seem they have been paid so. forget your PDPA ACT. useless yup, pdpa is not really helping to protect, if I am not mistaken in ToS, if we agree to take their service, we are agreed to let them to 'share' our information. And this is true, if you're defaulting the payment to banks, telcos, financial institutions, the debt collector agencies will call you using your new numbers.

QUOTE(officeBoy @ Apr 28 2019, 09:57 PM) Thanks, could you pleawe share more detail on what is open signal app means ? Do you means download this ? https://www.opensignal.com/appsyup, we can check coverage with it by looking at the map given. Roughly, the green color represent good coverage and red is somewhat weak. Choose any telco available from the list, chose 4G only and point to your place of interest.

QUOTE(cococonutseller @ Jun 26 2019, 11:00 PM) Consistent? What is celcom speed? My current umo only 500kbps sometimes.. damn that's depending on where you want to use it, different cells may give you different result of performance. At my place, celcom is slower from my digi, but useable when going inside the house as still van get decent good speed of 4G, digi however my house's wall is their limit, H+ inside and that speed is really a nightmare.

QUOTE(arvind13 @ Jun 27 2019, 12:56 PM) Hello there, I'm thinking of jumping to XPAX 50 as well from DIGI 58 plan due to poor buffer speeds when watching videos via fb , youtube and etc. Does the XPAX 50 comes with a contract? XPAX 50 comes with 10gb monthly data plus additional 5gb data for video walla right? https://www.celcom.com.my/personal/postpaid...axpostpaid-xp50Am also contemplating to check out Yoodo since I don't make many outgoing calls. xpax 50 is contract free as you can terminate your no anytime you like except on xpax 60 as it comes with phone bundled. Video walla is an optional addon and it is not free, except during your birthday. This post has been edited by powerwoot: Jun 28 2019, 07:05 AM

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Jun 28 2019, 10:12 AM) is there a way to check how many months of contract do i have left with Celcom? I don't think you can have it without calling them, or just tweet to them as I can see they are there answering the questions 24/7.

There is 2 version of 68, one is from Telcolab. Yes, it is originally gold 80 but with some modification. Monthly RM68+ (rm12 off for a year) All day high speed internet 20GB (if from celcom only 10GB) Weekend 2.5GB x 4 = 10GB a month 30GB video walla 1TB video walla shareable among the family (1 year only) All for rm68.

QUOTE(MNet @ Jul 16 2019, 09:37 PM) what is telcolab? how to get this plan? telcolab is an agent by doing sales for the main telcos, so they have an agreement with them, the plan will be a bit different from the one by celcom itself, you'll get more from telcolab. If you ask celcom, they will comment nothing. All plans and payment is still Celcom, even you're blacklisted, that can be arranged too. Search for Telcolab, there are many dealers and agent under them, you should get enough information if you can get any of their sales person contact numbers.

Lately celcom's network performance at my place so poor despite the 4g full signal strength, I believe due to congestion. Complaint to their support also useless, they will asked restart, on off plane mode, use 3g only and lastly to vote. Oh man.

QUOTE(budi1413 @ Jul 19 2019, 04:26 PM) availability not speed tho. I know that, but what is the speed of 4G when most of the time we are not able to have that. They have 4G but they give Edge speed almost every day in the evening without any sign of fixing the real problem despite numerous complaints made.

Anyone experience this? Any solution? Tried that didn't worked as well, but later on after read that autodebit won't enjoy 5% off from the monthly bill, I decided to pay monthly.

QUOTE(terradrgn @ Jul 21 2019, 09:32 PM) Be prepared.. That's not the worst. The worst is when they send you an SMS saying you subscribed to a service and charge you for it. Then you'll need to go through the whole hassle of Celcom's CS to get the refund and block the sms number. Hopefully not, but my other Digi no. thrice in a week the credit deducted for sms contents, the strange part was I did received TAC no. but I can ignore if I am not request it but suddenly the 2nd sms received saying that I am successfully subscribed. There is a ghost that reply the TAC no! complaint into the community, the manager suruh deal with content providers directly. The act of washing hands by them.
