QUOTE(eeeglow24 @ Sep 3 2017, 12:18 PM) For New Xpax, if I subscribe to any internet plan, and I used Facebook after that, How will my quota be used when I subscribe to a Facebook Walla Add-On?Which data will it consume first? Will it be the data from internet pack or the 10GB free Facebook data? Cam someone confirm on this, thank you and I appreciate your help. If you have an active Internet plan, your Internet plan quota will not be used when you access allowed Facebook sites at high speed. If you do not have an active Internet plan, you will enjoy allowed Facebook sites at high speed using the Facebook Walla Add-On quota. Taken from xpax website. |

QUOTE(eeeglow24 @ Sep 3 2017, 01:15 PM) Thank you for the reply. But I don't think this FAQs from Xpax website actually answer my question. I'm saying about the 10GB Free Facebook data allowance that comes with New XPAX Plan, not Facebook Walla Add On. Sorry for the wrong info. So now, if I subscribe to any monthly or weekly internet plan, and I browse on Facebook, Im wondering if this will use my monthly / weekly data or will this use the Free 10GB Facebook data allowance. Thanks. For reference I have screenshot my Xpax apps data usage screen. [attachmentid=9092661] But still What is the data usage priority rank for all Internet? Freebies Add On Internet Plan Free Basic Pay per use The 10GB Free Facebook data allowance should be under freebies i think. |

QUOTE(xXmiuXx @ Sep 3 2017, 08:48 PM) Just a sharing. Few days ago I have subscribed to monthly internet for my xpax number and i found that even i was just using the FB app, but my monthly internet quota got deducted. I have make my enquiry about the sequence of quota deducting for Monthly Internet vs Free 10GB FB on celcom FB. They replied the the free 10GB FB quota should be deducted first when we use FB. Wow that's fast. Still digi offering and signal is better nowadays than celcom or maxis. However, my own experiences showed me the opposite way. Just succesSfully MNP to Digi Best on this morning. |

QUOTE(Anime in HD @ Mar 29 2018, 04:27 PM) They better fix 2.5Mbps capped speed for Video Walla. I manage some corporate site, some user can use 500gb youtube traffic in 3 days.10Mbps is acceptable.. How this Video Walla can effect congestion. It not like many will download Youtube video.. Not watching but downloading youtube video like there is no tomorrow. They have 500Mbps internet connection btw. This is Malaysia, people will not even care about ethic anymore. Some people proudly discussing this and that on public forum some more. |

QUOTE(shurato77 @ Sep 29 2018, 05:21 PM) https://www.celcom.com.my/support/faq/perso...axpostpaid-xp50 celcom postpaid always have this term.I am interested to sign up for Xpax, and I saw the above terms and conditions from Celcom website. It seems like: even if one doesn't have any contract, Celcom would still charge him 1 full month of subscription cost, upon termination request? So, Celcom can impose 1 month penalty on everyone on Xpax 50 if you wanna terminate or port out? I wrote to Celcom, and they did not respond to this directly. Instead, they asked me to go to Celcom Centre to register for service, if I'm interested in Xpax 50. Anyone can confirm this? |

QUOTE(Sentinel92 @ Oct 19 2018, 05:15 PM) Approved Copy: 1:00 pm then 5:00 pm then 8:00 pm now?Customers may experience disruptions for Postpaid & Prepaid voice services in scattered areas, nationwide. Alternatively, customers can still make voice calls on messaging apps such as Whatsapp. Our tech team is working hard to restore these services by 8:00pm today, 19 Oct 2018. Well then........ |
