I just subscribed to UniFi 30MBps, now they give 2in1 device, not like last time 2 separate device (TM unit + router).

Question is if i can use my asus wireless router ah ?

I'm wondering it too. Today, tm contractor came and change my router. They said I should be waiting for a while until notified by sms that Ive been upgraded. But until now im still waiting to be notified. I just called 100 and that cs person said it is still pending. How come still pending? Btw it is 50 to 100 upgrade.

The upgrade is instant if there are no problem with TM.

It is still available. Rm179 for 30Mbps. Even at TM dealer shop in shopping mall, they display this too.

I just did a swapped from Ruby Pack to Jumbo Lite Pack through TM Live Chat.
It cost RM5 to do the swap (one time charge).
I was informed that my monthly bill will remain the same after the swapped since both packs cost the same (RM30).

I was on VIP5 with Basic Pack earlier.
Free upgrade to Unifi Lite 10 in April 2017 and they gave me Ruby Pack and HyppTv Everywhere.

Just had a live chat with TM staff about changing hypptv pack. I'm currently on Aneka and would like to change to ruby pack since there are same price now. The staff say can change with 1 time service charge rm5 but hypptv contract will be renewed 1 year. Anyone here have the same answer by tm staff?

if u read the FAQ, swapping HyppTV Pack same price will incur RM 5 charge and refresh contract for the HyppTV Pack.(not your internet plan).

So far only Jumbo Lite or Ruby/Varnam worth to subscribe if Jumbo is too expensive.

I did not ask about the contract as my Unifi VIP5 was subscribed last year.
I swapped from Ruby Pack to Jumbo Lite Pack.
Yes, there is a service charge of RM5 for the swap.

Finally tm has upgraded my unifi to 100mbps!!! I get around 94mbps in the speed test

Just got some info from a friend. TM will introduce new Unifi speed packages next year, 200-500 mbps.

I just ended my Live chat session with TM to change my Aneka pack to Jumbo Lite Pack.

Accordingly to the TM representative, there will be one time charge RM5 for this change, the monthly fee remain as RM30 per month, since Aneka and Jumbo Lite are same price.
He need to create a case for this swap, estimated will be completed within three working days and I shall be informed via SMS.

To my surprise, he mentioned that this swap will renew my HyppTV contract to one year, but there will be no extra one year warranty for HyppTV box.
Only if I renew Unifi contract, then all my equipment will get extra one year warranty.
