Go to TM Point to check.. and ask for discount for full settlement.. Last time I got 30%.. Old phone line when I was a student.

Report to skmm. You dealing with human, if you scold them, do you think they will work harder to solve your problem. You can put a pressure but no point mad with the front end. You can telling them you mad/angry at TM, still not arranging the technician to come and so on but never directly mad with the front end / customer service officer. Unless it's their fault la, like not putting in report and so on. That's what I think..

Yes you still need to pay. New user can retain their phone no without paying rm1. Can use old no to utilize free minute.

That create lots of headache because i dont really understand how switches handles VLAN tags:
1) From google it seems normal consumer level unmanaged layer 2 switches cant do VLAN tags
2) some review from Amazon on netgear switches claim that Netgear switch does in fact retain VLAN ID tags
3) Does this plan can even works? I'm not sure what's the behaviour when switches are daisy chained and how do they switches the data when VLAN are invloved.
(i.e. two different VLAN ID traffic are fed into one switch and piped to another switch then broadcast to respective MAC address)

For internet access, after PPPOE dialed by router you need to defined different vlan. Just used vlan 1. So vlan 500 only terminated at a router. Others where you wrote vlan 500 change to vlan 1..

Yes.. That's is the main use of vlan.. To separate a network through 1 connection. I doing the same,

BTU <--> Mikrotik as a router <--> GB Switch <--> OpenWRT -> To hypp TV & Internet (other device)

GB Switch / OpenWRT in on different floor.

The connection that's carry multiple vlan called trunk.

It's not cheating. Over the ceiling is consider not normal installation already which got extra changes. It;s like that from the beginning of Unifi.

Don't request something pelik2 with operator, they can't do anything with account configuration.. I just call 100 and said got new decoder, and when I key in the username still cannot use. They will make a report for a technician to come. 2 hour later got call from the technician wanna attend the report. So amaze, same day within 2 hour the technician come.

What's they do is, the call the center ask to reset my account decoder, something like clear my account registered decoder. After that they just key in again the username and password. That's it.. Not more than 15 minutes.

The thing is, you might be changed RM50+ for technician site visit. As for me, they just left like that. Like so simple they just do a favour. No need to sign anything.
