Finally my UNIFI is here ( installed few days ago) after waiting for almost one month. The reason they gave is port full and they are not willing to install a new DP.

I just straightaway wrote an email to shoot the Prime Minister and Minister of Communication questioning their capability in managing TM and demand them to order TM to install DP ASAP or look for alternative solution not to delay my installation any longer.

The next working day, I got call TM making appointment with me for installation. They arranged to have the cables dragged from other DP from the street behind my house.

Location: USJ 6/6D

So, conclusion here is TM will only do their job if the issue is escalated to MCMC

Not DP, is Fiber Optical nodes are full.

during the TM technician installation after completed setup, Did you advise TM Technician run speed test in front of you?

Hopefully within next 2 years, as part of the Broadband Initiative under Bajet 2017 (double the speed at half the price)

yes, 2.4ghz can sometimes reach 10mbps but 5ghz surely can hit 10mbps all the time , but i wonder why youtube streaming quality could not be better than 480p , should i enable or disable ipv6 ? i asked about this issue before on this forum when using 4mbps and someone told me to disable the ipv6 and i did , it works best afterall. Idk i should enable ipv6 or not for unifi , thoughts ? thanks !

If TM called and offered the package for unifi 30 for RM179 but after we agreed, they haven't come to get the finger print or no follow-up phone call. Should we call TM and ask? This is already the second time after the initial call my mom accepted but there was no contact or call.

i want to ask

last week i applied for the unifi advance 30mbps which comes with the tv bundle

when the technician came to setup the unifi, he said that we can just install unifi without the tv package, which will be cheaper, is it true, or is this for last time?

No such thing. If there's, we would have let go our HyppTV. Check out your bill, it will be shown there.
