Wah TM really pattern banyak. Installation cannot proceed because the port they give in different address. GGWP. Received sms say will set new appointment within 14 days.

Mine here no issue. Everything is smooth. Also USJ 6

Finally my UNIFI is here ( installed few days ago) after waiting for almost one month. The reason they gave is port full and they are not willing to install a new DP.

I just straightaway wrote an email to shoot the Prime Minister and Minister of Communication questioning their capability in managing TM and demand them to order TM to install DP ASAP or look for alternative solution not to delay my installation any longer.

The next working day, I got call TM making appointment with me for installation. They arranged to have the cables dragged from other DP from the street behind my house.

So, conclusion here is TM will only do their job if the issue is escalated to MCMC

thanks for correcting . Just sharing that TM will only meet their customer satisfaction when things get escalated
